I have been trying to contact Yorkgate Employment and Social Services for 10 months now without receiving a response. I call them multiple times a month, leave voicemails, but they never follow up. When I called today, I got yelled at because I couldn't remember every voicemail I left. This organization is unresponsive and unhelpful.
Yorkgate Employment and Social Services is located in a big empty mall where there isn't much to do other than visit the ODSP office and Tim Hortons. However, both of these places close early in the evening.
