I was amazed by the views of the turquoise and emerald colored water at lake emerald. The hike around the lake was breathtaking and I even got to see a brown bear eating berries. The lake itself is absolutely incredible.
The drive to and from the lake is simply stunning. It's worth the trip just for the scenic drive alone, but the lake itself is absolutely amazing.
Camping at Yoho National Park was a rugged experience. The self-check-in process was straightforward and the campground had bathrooms and water. The nearby waterfall provided a calming background sound for sleep.
