Yips is great! It's perfect to take out-of-town guests. They have boardgames if it's rainy, patio if it's sunny, blankets if it's cool and a fireplace to keep you toasty in the winter. Oh ya and great cider too all while enjoying the fantastic views. I highly recommend it and we keep going back.
