I do not write reviews, but wanted to share that I had an excellent experience having my Mirena IUD replaced here, and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I wish I had known about this clinic for my previous IUD insertion years ago. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the procedure was quick and relatively painless. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Thank you!
I went for a copper IUD removal. I was very nervous going in. When I had the IUD inserted at another clinic, I had a bad experience where I fainted in the lobby afterwards because of the shock (apparently only happens to 1% of people). However, the doctor at Women's Care Clinic Toronto was amazing. They were patient, understanding, and explained everything to me before starting the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was okay. It was a much better experience than I expected and I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone needing an IUD removal.
I never leave reviews but I felt like this was justified. I had an appointment for 9am for an IUD replacement. I waited 3.5 hours being moved from waiting room to waiting room before I finally got up and left. I did not realize that when you are given a time slot, it does not mean you will be seen at that time. The lack of organization and communication was frustrating. I understand that clinics can get busy, but this was excessive. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning.
