We treated your stuff like we treat all our customer stuff. They seem to employ cheap, cheap labour. Most of their crew does not speak English or have any knowledge of the building trade. On signing their contract, Winmar representatives told us they had received their training from Home Depot. They have come under fire before and have been sued for incompetence. The company will only accept cash payments over and above what is covered by insurance.

The plumber we ended up hiring talked to us a little about the company and told us that when they did the plumbing on their house a few years ago, there were 3 different lenders involved, a strange set up. The reviews on this site are alright, but be wary about using them. Do your research and ask plenty of questions first before hiring.
