I`v noticed things start to go downhill since a new manager stepped in, she has very limited knowledge of the product and relies on other employees to take over the sale. The overall moral of the store seems to be down.

Great very knowledgeable new manager & staff now in the center of the store. You can walk in tell them what you are having for dinner & they will match a wine that will please you every time.

The store has a great atmosphere and a new manager who is very knowledgeable. The staff in the center of the store is helpful in recommending wines based on what you are having for dinner. Overall, a great experience!

I love shopping at the Wine Rack. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always recommend great wines for any occasion. The store has a great selection and the atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely recommend!
