ordered atv tires from them, they were about $950 for all 4 NOT INSTALLED, and about a week wait. Went to my local tire shop (Fountain Tire) $750 all 4 installed with tax. Windsor said they would charge me 2 shop hours to install all 4...just a rip off! Of course I did not use Windsor.
