Denied service and yelled at when trying to enter the store with Guide Dog (trained and certified by Lion’s Foundation Dog Guides). As per City of Toronto “All businesses licensed by the City of Toronto must provide service to individuals with guide dogs or service animals”. Disappointing since they do have a good selection of items.
I'm a regular customer here. I can almost always find what I need here, it's tidy, organised, and clean, it's very convenient to me, they have a great array of items, and the owners are extremely friendly!
