Worst customer service for an electrical wholesaler I've ever experienced. Just telling it how it is.
WESCO Distribution Canada has the worst customer service for an electrical wholesaler that I have ever experienced. They are extremely unhelpful and rude. I called multiple times with questions and each time I was met with dismissive and condescending responses. They clearly do not value their customers or their business. I will never be using their services again.
I had a terrible experience with WESCO Distribution Canada. Not only did they fail to deliver my order on time, but when I called to inquire about the delay, they were incredibly unhelpful and offered no solution. I ended up having to go to a different supplier to get the items I needed. I would not recommend using WESCO Distribution Canada for your electrical needs.
I was not impressed with the customer service at WESCO Distribution Canada. When I called to ask about pricing for a specific item, the person on the phone was not knowledgeable and could not provide me with the information I needed. They seemed uninterested in helping me and gave the impression that my business was not important to them. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
