My mother entered Wellington West this year for respite care and has now moved in on a permanent basis. I have toured the facility and met several of the staff, from the moment you enter the building you experience a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of the residents. The quality of care provided is excellent. The facility is clean and well-maintained. They offer a variety of activities and programs to keep the residents engaged and active. Overall, I am very happy with Wellington West and would highly recommend it to others.

In this case, however, it happens at Wellington West where the chef will work with residents who’ve brought their gardening skills with them or join in on the regular gardening sessions organized on the various patios. The meals are excellent and the dining room is elegant. The staff are friendly and attentive. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, the atmosphere at Wellington West is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend.
