It's been over a year now that I've had a bunch of victron and other electrical components installed in my van. Five components have been “faulty” and have needed replacing over the course of the year....not to mention having to pay to replace them. The customer service and staff have been unhelpful and unsympathetic. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with them.

Purchased $500 Victron inverter that was delivered damaged. One of the metal mounting feet was bent back and the plastic shows signs of stress. I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful at all. They did not offer to replace the damaged inverter or provide any solutions. Terrible customer service.

Perfect service, great prices and professional staff for CAR CAMPERS! They developed a super exciting battery, MPPT, and solar panel system for my van. The staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The quality of the products is excellent. Overall, a great experience with Volts Energies.
