DO NOT ORDER logo’d clothing. I’ve ordered printed materials several times and had no issues. I’ve now tried ordering clothing with embroidered logo 5 different times; when orders have bern fulfilled, the quality of the shirts and jackets has been inferior - shirts are waaaaay smaller than the size I ordered (way way too short, don’t tuck in at all, sleeves come to my elbows and body is very tight), and stitching on the jackets is off, poorly finished pockets...I just threw the last two jackets away and won’t deal with their terrible customer service again. Printed materials are fine, everything else is not.

As of 8/16 the order was not on its way. Called several times and the customer service reps are the absolute worst. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As of today, my order is missing even though the website says it was delivered. I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing. No information, no resolution, no refund. The employees are to put it mildly unhelpfully. Don’t use Vistaprint if you want to actually get what you ordered.

The quality is excellent, the project-making facility is easy as is the buying process - in short – I'm a returning customer, time and time again. They had an error in 1 of my orders recently - customer service resolved that almost immediately and sent me a whole new order nearly overnight. Great service!
