My elderly kitty got lost and these guys tracked her down via a microchip from her previous owner in California and were able to call me to let me know she had been found. When I arrived, they had placed her in a quiet room and she was not stressed at all and I am SO grateful for their wonderful service. Thank you again!!!

Rude and condescending staff. Manager wouldn't even let me make a formal complaint. Seems how staff treats people is irrelevant here. Accidents happen. And just because a dog runs away doesn't mean his owners are irresponsible, how dare you speak to people that way. You all need to do way better!
