I visited the pool last night for the 'family' open swim (7:15-8:15PM). I am experiencing immense pain as I have been recently diagnosed with sciatica, which makes it difficult for me to walk. I called ahead of time to see whether the pool had any handicap accessible amenities, such as ramps or wheelchairs. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. They made no effort to accommodate my needs and simply brushed me off. When I arrived at the pool, I was disappointed to find that there were no ramps or wheelchairs available. Overall, my experience at Valley Park Pool was extremely negative and I would not recommend it to others.
