Prices were almost identical to retail. When buying retail you also have the ability to return defective items. Not here. …
I came in to buy 2 kayaks. I was told they were like new, with all parts included. The manager, Sara, specifically told me I did NOT need to inspect the kayaks, as they are inspected when they get them. I happened to notice a ripped strap on one kayak and Sara told me she would replace it. I bought the kayaks and when I got them home, I realized one was missing a paddle and the other had a cracked seat. I called Sara to let her know and she said there was nothing she could do. I am very disappointed with my experience.
