We were so lucky to be staying right beside the Ucluelet Aquarium, and made it a priority to visit! The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable, and were working hard the whole time we were there. We absolutely loved all of the exhibits and learning about the different sea creatures. The aquarium is beautifully designed and maintained, and it's clear that the staff truly care about the animals and their well-being. Highly recommend!

Great place to bring kids and learn about the sea life on this coast, and it helps with the conservation of wildlife. The staff is very friendly and attentive, helping and answering questions. There are a variety of exhibits to explore, and you can even touch some of the marine creatures. It's a fun and educational experience for the whole family!

The Ucluelet Aquarium is inspiring and that word is not enough to give full measure to this treasure of learning it is, located in the stunning ocean village of Ucluelet aka Ukee on Vancouver Island’s Wild West coast. Its unique catch-and-release model, where the animals are returned to the ocean after a few months, is what sets it apart. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable, and they provide excellent educational programs. It's a must-visit for anyone interested in marine life!
