Great area to live in, near to a middle school and roads are clear throughout the day. New clean apartment, warm during winter, and it's mostly quiet. About every week or two, maintenance will vacuum hallways and clean the windows etc.. Overall great apartment

Great location, well managed and worth renting or buying here. Love the underground parking.

Honestly it’s not to bad in the winter time but in the summer expect your room to be easily 30+ degrees and parking in a pain
