Recently purchased a car here and Mel was excellent to deal with. Had a headlight problem, called, said bring it in and they had it solved in a few minutes and I was on my way. Satisfied and happy. Only had the car a couple weeks but happy with it. Thanks Tripp's.

I didn't not enjoy my experience there. I was instructed by the counter staff to drive to the lot I needed to get my part. I get my head ripped off by an employee working there that "I can't be driving back here" after I was instructed. I …

They are great to deal with, very helpful with getting me an engine, and having it installed in my truck. they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in proper working order, and are a great example of good old fashioned customer service.
