Never answer email inquiries, never respond to phone messages, never pick up the phones. Big waste of time.

I've been making purchases here for a number of years. They have higher quality products than the average Canadian Tire store and while their prices are higher, they have really good worthwhile sales. My pots and pans are rated for long term commercial use, and I use them daily at home. Their staff is quick and efficient.
