One star only because the terrible customer service of an older guy who works in the morning. He basically convinced me to not rent a trailer. When I went to Shawnessy I figured out that he also gave me lots os wrong information about other stuff. On the other hand, Brady, who works afternoon/night shift, is awesome.

He said sorry we are out of aerator all rented, I said it shows online available and saw it There is available, so would you please rent it? But he seems to reluctant to hear and grumpy, disrespectful, & rude. He didn't pay attention to his duties or explanation about when they will come back and said he couldn't tell about the date when they will come back, he just said I don't know when they will come back and said goodbye to me.
