This morning I dropped my house and office keys down the 'gap' in the elevator entrance. Knowing that an didaster on my end didn't necessitate an emergency on their end, I was scared I'd be homeless for the evening. Scott and his mechanic were accommodating beyond belief and met me on site by 3PM. THANK YOU GENTS!!!
