Excellent adventure! We had 10 guests on our boat and enjoyed our guide. We saw 10 grizzlies, a black bear, dolphins and porpoises. The trip up to the cove was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better day.

We had an awesome day with Ishbel and Jean-Luc (sp - sorry guys)! An early start to get out to Knights Inlet, and arrive at Glendale cove. Despite initial quiet on the waterside, we were treated to the matriarch, Lenore, who graced us with her presence for a long while. We watched her snuffle around, grooming and foraging, whilst keeping a wary eye out for rivals. It was truly mesmerizing seeing her in her natural habitat. Throughout the day we saw numerous grizzlies, a black bear, dolphins, and porpoises. It was an unforgettable experience. The food on board the boat was excellent and plentiful - they cater to everyone's dietary needs. Ishbel is a fabulous and knowledgeable speaker, and she did an amazing job narrating the day's events and pointing out wildlife we would have otherwise missed. Jean-Luc was great at steering the boat and making sure we all had a good view. He was also kind enough to provide us with binoculars to get a closer look when the animals were far away. I highly recommend this tour, especially when you book with Ishbel and Jean-Luc. They made our trip extra special.

I had a really wonderful special day taking this tour, but also had to alter my expectations once I realized better what to expect. The drive to Knight Inlet was just wonderful and the early morning lighting was fantastic. It does take two hours to get there but for me it was visually interesting enough. At that point, though, I did start to wonder where we were really headed. We got to the grizzlies about 40 minutes late, but really that worked out fine. The grizzlies were washing their paws and getting into the river to look for fish to eat. The rest of the tour basically consisted of us marveling at the other tour and it was cool to see them. The guides were interesting and it was really fun watching the matriarch hold her own with her cubs. We had a late lunch provided and it was good, but by then I was itching to go swimming with the belugas and orcas so that was a bummer. I would highly recommend this tour and I hope other people get to see all the wildlife and natural beauty of our coast!
