A lot of disc items (video games and DVDs) are scratched and won't work. They usually will return or exchange these items. They don't offer you a very good or fair price on anything if you are looking to sell your items. There's adequate parking in behind the store. The cashiers will sometimes accept a negotiated price.

So I was very fortunate to find such an amazing store and people. Their help and expertise was not only extremely helpful but took a lot of stress off. I was there with my father-in-law and he had already bought numerous items, especially musical instruments, here. I was skeptical when he said a pawn shop was good but since I had never been to one I went along for the ride. I was wrong for doubting him. The shop is organized and clean. No weird odors. Shelves have new items literally every time I go in. I'm not a 'pawnshop rat' like some but I stop in about 3 times a month and rarely have I not found something. The people (employees) are far more helpful and friendly that I would imagine is normal.
