Went into their store today and I was welcomed and helped by the team. Specifically Leon and Darren. They helped me with my old TNF Goretex jacket that needed to be sent to warranty. They were friendly and educated me on the new technologies of their current products. It was a pleasure being helped by them, Keep it up guys!

Assisted the staff in helping bust a thief back in December or January and finally got arrested by police last week for stealing 3 jackets and managed to recover 2 jackets in the process for the staff from the store and prior convictions …

Really nice customer service , 10% discount for student and life time warranty for any issues with your raincoat . The guy who helped us was super friendly and kind .
