Terrible experience. Steve have to go and retire. Thank God they have the best customer service ever name LION, he is the best very patience, he is a good listener and understand our frustrations. LION should manage the whole freaking home depot. He is 100% the best.

I waited for 30 minutes and watched her move stations 3 times helping other people who just showed up, even with us communicating we wanted assistance. Eventually, we left and went to Lowe's where we found a washer and dryer in 10 minutes and at a better price.

Wasn’t too impressed with this particular Home Depot. I went there to return an expandable hose that I bought the previous day on sale for $129.00, but upon returning home with it found the EXACT same hose on Amazon for $69.00 (regular price). I felt ripped off and will not be shopping at Home Depot again.
