I purchased a sectional couch in March of 2023. The sectional was delivered May of 2023 (approx 8 weeks), somehow I was sent 2 blue pieces and 1 grey piece. As of writing this it is now August 2023 roughly 90 days since I received the wrong pieces. In June, they had sent some new pieces, but unfortunately, instead of receiving the grey pieces, I received 2 more blue pieces. I've been in touch with the company numerous times and each time they swear they will fix the problem. Then days turn into weeks and weeks into months. The last time I spoke with them I was given the name of the logistics person and was told the situation would be resolved within a week by getting me the correct pieces or picking up the wrong pieces, however, I've left several voicemails and had no response. Not only did I pay too much money to have this happen, but I also can't enjoy my furniture. I will be going to the BBB.\n\nBottom Line? No, I would not recommend this to a friend
