Amazing customer experience, we called Sunpoke around 1:15PM and they closed at 2PM and we were still in Saint John, we then got stuck in traffic and didn’t get out of Saint John till around 1:45PM they stayed there for us to come purchase our Traeger Grill. Exceptional customer service!

We purchase a stove and had it professionally install by Sunpoke. 7 years later on a 10 year warranty and our stove is cracked. The company send a guy to inspect our stove, they came back with a shield was out of place in the top of the stove and supposedly that was what caused the cracking. A senior inspector, his supervisor, was intended to come inspect my damage, but Steve Firth cared more about not having to pay for a cracked stove under warranty than making me happy, regaining my faith in Sunpoke. Poor quality stove, even worse customer service from Steve. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
