There could not be a better place to be on an early weekend morning in the rain then here. Follow the footpaths whichever way your feet take you and you will come across something special
The most fabulous rose garden you can see in town for free! A must see for anyone that loves roses. A huge variety and the smell is absolutely amazing as you walk around and see them all. There are two gated sections in the park features roses so be sure to see them both if you are an avid rose lover.
My personal favourite part of these lovely gardens.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the different rose varieties and are happy to answer any questions. Overall, a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Sunken Rose Garden Botanical garden. The roses were in full bloom and the colors were breathtaking. The garden was well-maintained and I could tell that a lot of care goes into keeping it beautiful.
The wait time to enter the garden was minimal, even on a weekend. I appreciated that there were no long lines or crowded areas. It made for a more enjoyable experience.
The value for money at the botanical garden is excellent. It's free to enter and the experience is worth every penny. I would highly recommend visiting.
