I have been dealing with Sunray Hot Tubs & Patio for several years. I have owned a hot tub for roughly 20 years, originally purchased and ripped off from another company - Polar Spas - which claimed bankruptcy and never backed their extended warranties. I started dealing with Sunray after my original hot tub gave up the ghost and although we have had to have repairs done on it from time to time, Sunray has been awesome at being there when we needed them. They have provided us with advice, parts, and expertise to keep our hot tub running. They have consistently been knowledgeable, helpful and fair in all of our dealings with them. They may not be the cheapest guys in town, but they are dependable and stand behind their work. Thank you Sunray Hot Tubs & Patio!

Made an appointment to get a new pump installed. No wait, pump was in stock, and during the same week. The other estimate I got was a 2 week wait for the pump to come in.
I've purchased a couple of hot tub items here. Always have helpful friendly staff that keeps steady. They have a decent selection of items so I only visited once.
I called on the phone to ask for some help on a sundance spa tub from the 2000s. I was cut off. I called from a different number and asked a question about filters. What filter do I have? They hung up on me again. Plus the robots will never leave you alone. Nothing to offer.
Bought a hot tub there guys sold me a faulty one and had to have service check it out one month after purchase to make repairs. They stood by their warranty with no questions asked but my new nightmare went on a 7 month hiatus and now have given me another pool to use temporarily while waiting for the new replacement. Not sure on future dealings for hot tub parts. I spent $20,000 Good luck

Walked in to buy an expensive pool cleaner (Dolphin) . Employee told us they only sell hot tub parts and that was it!!!! I have spent $17,000 at this store in the past and was ready to buy another bigger hot tub when it comes time to upgrade. They are not interested in meeting my hot tub needs anymore. Fortunately, I found an alternative store suitable to my needs.
