Possibly the WORST Strada location to pick up from, it's busy as are most of their locations which isn't a huge deal. What is a problem is they will load you whatever weight they want. Ask for 22MT. You will be lucky to scale at 19.5 …

First time so called ahead to ask some questions. Guy on the phone made me feel like every question I had was stupid and wasting time. Next day I went, workers that day were really nice. Would give 5 stars if not for the guy on the phone. Also they didn’t bother to answer my email.
