I've purchased a few cars from Steve Marshall Ford over the years. But today I had the pleasure of leasing a Ford Bronco Sport. My salesman Andres Tovar was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Never felt like he was just pushing for the sale. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The entire process was smooth and easy. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles and the staff is always helpful. I highly recommend Steve Marshall Ford for your car buying or leasing needs.
I would not recommend to order any vehicles from Ford Nanaimo. We have a fleet of 20+ vehicles and I bought 3 other Ford Transits for work from them. The vehicles took 3 months to come. When we received our new Ford Transits we went through them before placing them on the road as this is normal procedure for our company. After the discovery of a chemical leak in one of the brand new units and multiple phone calls and even more emails. It took 2 weeks to get a new replacement vehicle. When finally they delivered it no compensation nothing. My suggestion would be do not take any new vehicle and bring it directly to them until you have checked it over thoroughly enough.

We’ve gone into other dealerships to get our car serviced and it’s always so expensive and you almost don’t trust anything they say. Abby quoted us WAY lower than what we expected. She talked us through each step of the process, answering every question we had and guiding us in the right direction. She is super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I walked in the front door until the moment I drove away in my new car, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln!
