The lady who took my call was polite and courteous. Stan returned my call. He arrived on time. He pumped our holding tank with recommendations for a septic tank cleaner which might unclog the pipes running to the field. He checked back later that day to ask if the tank was filling again.
They're very courteous and punctual. We had an issue with our pump having air lock and engagement issues. And they returned out calls multiple times eager to help us with the issues. Highly recommend.
