The front staff are always very helpful and happy to have their jobs. Clean, free photocopier, Free local calls, ample parking lot, tonnes of information regarding job openings, housing that isn't completely insane prices, offers all types of free training courses which are funded. Big improvement from 10yrs ago!
Case workers never phone back, they say they are in the office and away from the phone meanwhile they are working at another location in Beamsville. They care more about their weekends, time off and hourly wage then their own job …
