She has sourced hard to find items without hesitation, been patient while we researched and changed plans and educated us along the way. The whole staff were always pleasant and willing to help if Jennifer wasn’t around.

There was a bit of a mixup with our order and everything we needed for our 2 bathroom renos was sent to Campbell River instead of here. Luckily Tanya stepped in and saved the day and was able to source nearly everything at the other nearby location.
