The lady at the counter was very polite and nice to me and her dog was so friendly as well, personally very good service. Just make sure you know what you want to get beforehand to make things easier and go more smoothly.

Wasn't getting help so tried finding what I needed and got told to not go back there and was lucky I wasn't getting sweared at or shot, won't be going back. Judging by other reviews seems to be the same old lady, who thinks everyone else is the problem!

However, I had a bizarre experience with one of the employees who seemed to be more interested in showing off his vaping tricks than actually helping customers. This was a bit disappointing, but overall the store had a good selection and the other employee made up for it with their excellent customer service.

The sales assistants were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. I tried to find the items I needed on my own, but the layout of the store was confusing. I eventually gave up and left without making a purchase. I would not recommend this store.
