We lived at the Somerset Place Apartments for 2 years and really enjoyed it! The lobby and all other facilities ( Gym, Laundry ) are kept clean constantly. Also to mention is that our fridge broke one night and Somerset Place replaced it the next day! Great customer service! The only downside is that the rent is quite expensive.

Stayed here for about 14 months - great location near downtown and amazing ocean views. The apartments are quite spacious and well laid out, a 2 bed apartment with 1.5 washrooms is a rarity in Halifax. The flooring and appliances have been recently updated. The only complaint would be the noise from construction nearby.
