Contacted Smith's Several times over the past 6 months to to schedule a Septic Cleaning but no one showed up and we never received an explanation. Very disappointed as we had been loyal customers for over 10 years. Contacted a competitor and they arrived 2 days after contacting them.

Very professional, they came right away a few years ago in an emergency and again recently, we needed service (non-emergency) and they arrived same day. Punctual, polite and good quality service. Given our two experiences over the past several years, we would highly recommend them.
