Unfortunately, my encounter left me greatly disappointed. The staff member I interacted with came across as extremely unhelpful. From the initial impression to the overall experience, it was a letdown. The facilities and amenities were average, nothing special. The wait time was manageable, but the atmosphere and decor could use some improvement. In terms of value for money, I didn't feel like I got much out of the experience. The quality of the products and services was mediocre at best. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Acura dealer.
