Darcy was very thorough with my machine and the service. Shortly after I had an issue with my machine that turned out to be user error with threading. He fixed it up for me at no extra charge. Very quick turn around time too.

Darcy was quick and professional. He was able to locate parts for my 30+ year old Pfaff machine. His preventative maintenance was thorough. Machine sews better than it has in years. Very pleased.
