Be cautious when buying a condo with elevators installed and/or maintained by this company. I am in one of these condos and we are running into lots of issues with them.
Two nights ago Selco van nearly ran me and my dog over as we crossed a green light. It was dark but still a well lit intersection plus van was turning into oncoming lane as I was mostly done crossing. I'm sure they do excellent elevator work but not driving.
