I had been having issues with doing my upgrading and not so great with tech but the people on reception really took the time to help me log into and creat what I needed. Super helpful and friendly when it came to someone tech challenged. The biggest is thank you!
They like to take your money, but are extremely difficult to deal with if there is a problem.
