Never answer the call on time and the call representative was very rude and hung up the phone before listening to the whole issue. Will take this issue to higher level.

Just drove by a Schindler Elevator vehicle on hwy 417 and witnessed the employee texting and driving. Disgusting to see his blatant disregard for the safety of others. He could have killed someone.
