I will never come there again, so confused, why can not set up a road to walk to the go bus station, should go through from the mall, so inconvenience for the first come people, mall so big, how can I arrive the right exit. so bad, cry

I rate the bus terminal 3.5 Stars not the best TTC Bus Terminals dont look the best witch is sad. But Recently Go Buses were moved and you need to walk thru the shopping mall witch is anoying but im not sure if they fixed the problem but hope they did

Safety and security of passengers is an issue here as I have personally been accosted. Busses seem to keep a good schedule. Staff friendliness is a hit or miss!
