Phone line doesnt work. Any option you put in it brings you back to the main menu. The animal i was trying to save died because they did not help us
They don't even answer the phone the email or anything. Really disapointed and to say I used to donateurs to them truly invompetent.
Called at 10 am, left a voice message, then called 2 more times. No one answered the phone neither got a call back. Very disappointed
