I asked the female employee with glasses for help at the desk. She was not with a customer and looked right at me and just ignored me while ie as trying to ask about a title. She then got up and walked away. Beyond rude as I was ready to spend a few hundred dollars today. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed in this indie shop
