I had a great experience at Saffron's Restaurant. The chef is known for his amazing cooking skills and it showed in the food. Although I don't eat much, I ordered the Caesar salad and it was the best one I've had in Winnipeg. The outdoor patio has just opened for the season, and I hope they will make it more inviting with flowers and a better setup. The current setup looks like a work in progress.
