Safeguard Property Management & Services Inc. is a disaster. They are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what they are doing and their lack of knowledge and professionalism is evident in their actions. Avoid them at all costs.
I have had nothing but problems with Safeguard Property Management & Services Inc. from the moment I signed the lease. They are unresponsive to maintenance requests, rude and dismissive when dealing with tenants, and completely incompetent when it comes to managing properties. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Safeguard Property Management & Services Inc. is the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unwilling to help tenants with any issues or concerns. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.
I cannot stress enough how terrible Safeguard Property Management & Services Inc. is. From the moment I moved in, I had nothing but problems. They were slow to respond to maintenance requests, ignorant of basic property management practices, and completely unhelpful when it came to addressing any issues or concerns I had. Do yourself a favor and find a different property management company.
I would give Safeguard Property Management & Services Inc. zero stars if I could. They are the absolute worst property management company I have ever encountered. Their lack of communication, incompetence, and disregard for tenants is astounding. Avoid them at all costs.
