Great store. Friendly staff. Good prices. If you need professional cooking gear they probably have what you need in stock. While you are there look around they probably have something else you could use. It's not your chain store kitchen supply.
i have purchased several things at this location. on one such visit a bought a commercial coated muffin tin. after one use and hand washing it, 2 of the muffin cups were pitted. i returned to the store with great difficulty, construction, and waited for 8 minutes to speak with a manager. i was told there was a no return policy on special orders but since the item i bought off the shelf and i didn't have the receipt i could get a store credit but no refund. they didn't have a different one for me to exchange mine with. i travel by car train and bus so getting there was a bit of a sideways... they will determine if they will refund me or not.
