What a joke this dept is. I see them quite often see them putting up construction signs by the ferry terminal when there is not construction go on... Must not be making their quota on tickets so they have to do this to double the traffic infractions. Put the radar guns down and fight some real crime!

Not only that, drunk men are starting confrontations with sober people and they don't care...
