Liv was also very responsive to all of my questions and made the process as smooth as possible. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Rose City Ford and would highly recommend them to others.

Fast forward to mid June when I finally had my appointment to get them fixed. Turns out they can't be repaired and I am now stuck with a new car with scratches on it. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty from the sales person and the poor communication from the service department. I do not recommend Rose City Ford.
